I. Raw Material Selection and Pretreatment

Iii. Cooling and Stretching Shaping
Primary fibers need to be rapidly cured through a cooling device. The cooling method (such as ring blowing or side blowing) affects the uniformity of fiber crystallization. The air temperature, humidity and wind speed need to be precisely controlled to avoid internal structural defects of the fibers. Subsequently, the fibers enter the multi-stage stretching zone, with the stretching ratio usually being 5 to 10 times. Through the action of external force, the molecular chains are highly oriented, significantly enhancing the strength and modulus of the fibers. The stretching temperature should be controlled above the glass transition temperature of polypropylene (10-20℃) to promote the ordered arrangement of molecular chains.
Iv. Heat Setting and Winding
The stretched fibers need to undergo heat setting to eliminate internal stress. The temperature is usually set at 150-180℃, and the time is adjusted according to the fiber specifications. Wet heat setting can further improve the flexibility and dimensional stability of fibers. Ultimately, the fibers are wound into drums by a winding machine. The winding speed and tension need to be matched to prevent the filament bundles from loosening or breaking.
V. Process Optimization and Technological Innovation

Automation control: Sensors are used to monitor the melt pressure and temperature in real time to enhance process stability.
